Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

Strawberries 500gms

Sugar 1/2 cup

Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Dried Lavender 1 tsp

Method

Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into halves.

In a clean jar layer strawberry and sugar in layers with sugar being the top layer.

Sprinkle the dried lavender on the top so that all the flavor of the lavender will be absorbed.

Rest for 6 hrs or overnight in a fridge.

This dish is my own imaginary idea but you need not get scared.I have tried it personally and the end product resulted good too.So get ready to eat spicy rice with a new taste.
Ingredients:

1. Rice - 2 cup (cooked).Basmathi rice can also be used.
2. Cabbage - 1 Chopped
3. Tomato - 1 chopped
4. Red chilly flakes - 1 tablespoon
5. Chilly sauce - 1 tablespoon
6. Soya sauce - 2 tablespoon
7. Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon

 Mysore pak is a speciality sweet of mysore and found in all the stores here. Very less ingredients are required to make this but the end result is melt in your mouth sweetness.

Basundi

Posted in

Basundi is an Indian dessert popular in Bihar, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Karnataka. It is a sweetened dense milk made by boiling milk on low heat until the milk is reduced by half.

Heavy cream may be added during the boiling process to hasten the thickening process. Once reduced, a little sugar, cardamom, Buchanania seeds also known as Charoli and/or saffron are added. Basundi is served chilled, often garnished with slices of almonds and pistachios.
